Satellite Phone Purchase Process

Complete our on-line request form on this page and submit on-line or fax with Rental Agreement.

Fax back a complete and signed copy of our on-line purchase agreement which can be printed from our site -  Satellite Purchase and Usage Agreement. This form should also have your credit card info printed legibly so we can authorize the deposit. Also include a copy of a photo ID such as a drivers license or passport - we recommend you make a legible photocopy of your ID prior to faxing to ensure it will readable on our fax.  Our fax number is 1-404-671-9419.

Once we receive all of the above information, we enter your reservation date into our system and your phone is reserved. We ship the phone to you (using next business day shipping) the business day prior to your request date.  Second business day shipping is available if necessary.

After we receive your complete order

A $500 deposit is charged using your credit card information and another $500 authorization is placed on the card for usage.  If monthly service or additional options are requested, additional deposits may be charged as noted on order form.

We reserve the equipment and arrange for shipment.  You will receive a charged phone, wall charger with USA and Euro (2 round prong) adaptor, car adaptor and operating instructions.

The equipment is shipped via 2-business day or next-business day air and arrives at your location.

Billing occurs 60 to 90 days after usage is incurred on the phone and will be automatically charged to the credit card provided.

You may submit this form on-line or fax it to 1-404-671-9419. 

The billing address must be the address where the credit card statement is mailed.  The Reserve Phone Form, Purchase and Usage Agreement and Photo ID must all be forwarded to RentCell prior to 3:00 pm EST Monday through Friday (Saturday 12 pm) to be processed same-day.  Credit Card Payment information may be submitted on-line via our secure site or included on the Rental Agreement and faxed to 1-404-671-9419.  The signature on the Purchase and Usage agreement must be provided by the credit card holder.  Completion of this form is acknowledgement you have read and agree to the terms in our Satellite Purchase and Usage Agreement.

Shipping Advice: Fedex provides the following guarantee or you will receive a credit for the shipping cost:  You will receive your delivery by 10:30 am for Next Business Day service and 7:30 pm for Second Business Day service.  If you need your order to arrive prior to the Fedex's delivery time, you should enter a date that requests the phone to be delivered 1 day earlier.

Which airtime rate do you desire?
Handheld
$1.50 per minute		 Outgoing calls from anywhere to anywhere worldwide.  No minimum and no set-up fee.  You are provided a USA number for people to reach you anywhere in the world.  ($500 service deposit).  $30 monthly service fee without voicemail, $35 monthly service fee with voicemail.
$3.00 per minute Outgoing calls from anywhere to anywhere worldwide.  No minimum and no set-up fee.  You are provided a USA Toll-free number for people to reach you anywhere in the world.  ($1,000 service deposit)
Do you wish to purchase a data cable?

 Handheld Data Cable and CD (Windows) for $200 
Non-Handheld Data Cable for $50 

Data cable allows connection to PC via serial port at 2400 baud.  Data service using IOR (India Ocean Region) are prone to timeouts which require re-dialing the ISP.  Due to lag times, calling to a corporate LAN may not result in proper connection.

Choose Shipping Method

Orders placed Monday through Friday must be received by 3:00 pm EST for same day processing.  All shipping/handling charges are for a single phone.   Multiple phone orders are eligible for shipping/handling discounts.

Return Shipping:  Packages will be returned via 2nd business day using the return package provided by RentCell at a cost of $25 which includes shipping insurance.  Alternatively you may use your own shipper but we recommend you insure the shipment since you will be responsible for any loss or damages.
